Food Trucks: We have limited of spaces for food trucks – please register early. See application below. Once application has been approved, we will send you a link to pay your food truck vendor fee. Fee for food trucks is $350.00 plus Eventbrite fees.
Merchandise Vendors. We have an early bird fee of $100.00 plus Eventbrite fees. Early bird fee will end mid January and price will increase to $150.00. Merchandise Vendors must bring their own tents, tables and chairs.

TYPES OF VENDOR
Food Truck Vendors may offer festival fast food that is prepared within their truck. All Food service operations must be conducted within the space provided.
LEGAL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Food Trucks and Merchandise Vendors shall execute this agreement as an independent contractor and shall at all times have complete supervision, direction, and control over the services to fulfill requirements. Vendors must execute this agreement as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the City of Orlando or Reunion al Fresco. Vendors will assume responsibility for appropriate payment of payroll taxes and charges under applicable federal and local state tax regulation as independent contractors.
GENERAL INFORMATION

2. Vendors must be present and open for business from 3pm-10pm.
3. Applicant shall take the proper safety and health precautions to protect the patrons, the event space and the property of others at the event.
4. Vendor shall be responsible for all damages to person and/or property that occur because of vendor’s negligence or misconduct.
5. Vendors are required to supply the equipment needed for setup, operations and sales.
6. Vendors agree to comply with all applicable Federal, State, County and City laws, regulations and post proffer of all necessary licenses in their booth/truck.
VENDOR SPACE
§ Vendors must claim their assigned space between 9:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025. *Set up must be completed by 2pm. Event starts at 3:00pm.
§ Volunteer Staffing will be on-site before and during the event to provide minimal assistance.
§ Parking will be provided available for vendors in an adjacent lot.
§ Vendors agree to keep their space attractive and clean it when the event ends. All litter, cardboard boxes, product debris, crates boxes etc. must be removed at the close of the event.
*All food trucks MUST DISPLAY a SERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION and must have one (2A:10BC) Fire extinguisher present in the truck.
WASTE & SECURITY
§ No grease or gray water disposal available and no water provided.
§ Vendors are responsible for removing debris and ensuring the general cleanliness of the area.
§ City of Orlando reserves the right to shut down any vendor not meeting cleanliness and food storage, safety codes, and laws.
§ Any vendor using oil must provide a mat & ensure no oil or grease statin remain at conclusion of the event.
MENU & BEVERAGE RULES
§ Food Vendors may sell any non-alcoholic beverage, and pricing must be included on the menu.
§ Food Vendors shall service food or beverage at their own risk and must wear gloves and masks.
§ There is no guaranteed exclusive rights to a particular product or beverage.
PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION
§ Vendors agree to allow the use of video and photography if taken by the organizer.
§ Any photos taken by the organizer are the property of the Reunion al Fresco.
